1. Introduction

This User Policy governs your use of the products, services, and digital content offered by XLGenAI (“Institute,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By registering, accessing, or using our website, courses, or related services, you agree to comply with this policy, in line with applicable Indian laws and educational guidelines.

2. Eligibility

Users must be 18 years of age or above.
If below 18, parental/guardian consent is required, as per the Indian Contract Act, 1872.
Enrollment in our courses does not guarantee government recognition unless specifically mentioned and aligned with UGC/AICTE/other regulatory bodies.

3. Registration & Account

Users must provide accurate personal details (name, email, mobile, etc.) during registration.
Each account is personal and non-transferable.
Users are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of login credentials. Any misuse of account will be the responsibility of the user.

4. Use of Services

Our courses, e-books, mock tests, and training content are for personal learning only.
Users may not copy, share, resell, or distribute the content without written permission.
Any violation may attract action under the Copyright Act, 1957 (India).
We may monitor usage to prevent misuse, cheating, or unauthorized sharing.

5. Payments & Fees

All fees must be paid in advance before accessing any product/service.
Fees are non-refundable and non-transferable (refer to No Refund Policy).
Prices may change without prior notice; however, confirmed purchases will not be affected.
Users are responsible for providing accurate billing details.

6. No Refund Policy

Demo/mock tests are available for every product before purchase.
Once payment is made, the service is activated instantly and is non-refundable.
No cancellations, refunds, or exchanges will be entertained, in line with our digital goods policy under Indian law.

7. Code of Conduct

Users must:

Maintain respect towards faculty, trainers, and other learners.
Not post or share offensive, abusive, discriminatory, or unlawful content.
Not engage in cheating, piracy, or academic dishonesty.

Violation may lead to suspension or termination of services without refund.

8. Data Protection & Privacy

We collect and process personal data in line with the Information Technology Act, 2000 (IT Act) and Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
Data will not be sold or misused.
Users have the right to request correction/deletion of their data, subject to applicable laws.

9. Intellectual Property

All course material, videos, e-books, and mock tests are the intellectual property of XLGenAI.
Unauthorized use will attract penalties under Indian Copyright Act, 1957.

10. Limitation of Liability

We do not guarantee employment, certification recognition, or success in competitive exams.
Our responsibility is limited to providing educational content and training.
XLGenAI shall not be liable for technical issues, third-party delays, or any indirect damages.

11. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to suspend/terminate user accounts for violations of this policy.
Upon termination, access to all services will be revoked without refund.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This policy is governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Delhi courts only.
